Welcome to Ruby’s corner store. These terms and conditions apply to the store and all its sections, branches, and webpages that reference them.

By visiting the store, the customer agrees to the current terms and conditions governing your use of the store and all legal effects arising from using the store's services online via this platform. Any person using the store, whether as a consumer of products/services or otherwise, indicates acceptance and full legal capacity to commit to the provisions of this agreement. This agreement becomes effective upon your approval and registration according to Article 10 of the Egyptian E-Transactions Law.

Your data privacy is very important to Ruby’s corner. Your name and other related information are used in accordance with the privacy policy. We collect information when necessary or directly related to our transactions with you. We retain your data if required by law or for the purposes collected. You can browse the site without providing any personal information. Your identity remains anonymous unless you have a registered account.

If you do not agree, do not use this store. We reserve the right to change or update parts of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies full agreement to the changes.

Second: Store Use

All intellectual property rights on the store (texts, images, designs, software, etc.) belong to us. All rights reserved.

Seventh: General Policies

Eligibility to purchase requires:

1. A valid Egyptian address and phone number.
2. Agreement and commitment to terms and proper store use.
3. Products can only be exchanged if defective or not matching description and must be returned within the specified timeframe.
4. Delivery time excludes weekends and official holidays.
5. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or refused deliveries.
6. Violations of terms void your rights.

Eighth: Legal Capacity

1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent.
2. You bear responsibility for any violations of this requirement.

Ninth: Store Use Conduct

1. Use must comply with public morals and Egyptian laws.
2. Products/services must not be used illegally or immorally.

Tenth: Account Obligations

By registering, you agree to:

• Keep your account and password confidential.
• Notify us of unauthorized use.
• Use your account personally and update your information.
• We have the right to suspend or cancel accounts with false data.

Eleventh: Communication Policy

1. Communication will be via registered email.
2. Electronic communication has the same legal weight as written.
3. We may send updates or notices through email or general platform messages.
4. Social media is used for general inquiries and order updates.

Twelfth: Order Cancellation/Blocking

Orders may be canceled or users blocked for:

1. Failed or delayed payment (24+ hours).
2. Incorrect address or contact info.
3. No-show for more than 10 days after shipment.
4. Abusive or defamatory behavior online or in messages.

Thirteenth: Violations

Any breach forfeits customer rights. Misuse, threats, defamation, or public harm may result in legal action.

Fourteenth: Warranty Exclusions

Warranty excludes misuse such as burning, breaking, washing, overuse, staining, or chemical damage.

Fifteenth: Shipping Policy

A. Shipping:

• We use local shipping providers across Egypt.
• Address modifications are not allowed after placement.
• Delays from missing info are not our responsibility.
• Reshipping costs due to incorrect info are the customer’s responsibility.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after shipment.

B. Delivery Time:

• 3–10 business days (up to 14 days in exceptional cases).
• Holidays are not counted.
• Cancellation allowed if delayed over 14 business days.
• Refunds may take 7–14 business days.

Sixteenth: Returns and Exchanges

1. Accepted only if defective.
2. Must be returned in original packaging.
3. Allowed within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Color tone differences not eligible.
5. Pre-orders follow similar rules.
6. Immediate delivery products can't be canceled post-shipping.

Seventeenth: Return Procedure

1. Contact via store number for in-person delivery.
2. Use the same shipping company for returns.
3. Must include the original receipt.
4. Refunds via bank transfer within 7–14 business days.

Eighteenth: Shipping Guarantee

Products vulnerable to damage are covered under shipping warranty at our expense.

Nineteenth: Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered daily except Fridays and public holidays.

Twentieth: Delivery Procedure

You may be asked to sign for receipt or confirmation through shipping tracking. Any person at the delivery address can sign on your behalf.

Twenty-First: Terms Amendments

1. Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
2. Terms may change and form the basis of your relationship with the store.
3. Fees may apply depending on the product or government regulations.

Twenty-Second: Payments

1. Online payment includes product, shipping, and cash-on-delivery fees (EGP 70–100).
2. Multiple payment options available.
3. Pricing reflects market value.
4. Invoices and receipts are provided.

Twenty-Third: Intellectual Property

1. The store is fully owned by Ruby’s corner. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
2. You may access and use the app/store per the terms.
3. You’re responsible for all content on your account.
4. Account hacking or data misuse is strictly forbidden.
5. We may access or monitor accounts as needed.
6. You're responsible for accessing your account.
7. We may use your profile content for promotional purposes.
8. Your personal data may be used according to our privacy policy.

Twenty-Fourth: Store Liability

1. The store operates legally in Egypt.
2. Not liable for user or third-party errors.
3. Products/services are legal and authorized.
4. Misuse of services is not our responsibility.
5. You’re responsible for protecting your account info.
6. We're not liable for unaccepted or canceled orders.
7. We're not liable for indirect or third-party losses.

Twenty-Fifth: Membership Restrictions

We may restrict or cancel user access at any time, without notice.

Twenty-Sixth: Governing Law

These terms are governed by Egyptian laws and courts.

Twenty-Seventh: General Provisions

1. English is the primary language of these terms.
2. Prices may change.
3. Promotions may end or change at any time.
4. All dealings must comply with relevant laws.
5. Terms may only be canceled by store management.
6. Disputes are resolved by Egyptian courts.
7. Non-parties cannot enforce these terms.
8. This is not a partnership or agency agreement.
